Hubler proposes on his website www.hubler.fr links to third-party websites. These links are established in agreement with the sites concerned at a time when HUBLER may have deemed it appropriate to do so, taking into account the contents and services of these sites.

HUBLER cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites and the use that may be made of it by users.

5. Intellectual Property

Access to www.hubler.fr gives you the right to private, non-exclusive use of the site.

All articles, photographs and other documents on this site are the property of HUBLER, or have been authorized by their owners, and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. They may not be used for commercial purposes without our prior consent.

The fraudulent use of any content of the website is strictly forbidden. HUBLER informs you that it will make full use of its intellectual property rights to take legal action, including criminal prosecution, if necessary.

6. Site unavailability

HUBLER undertakes to use its best efforts to ensure that users can access the site at all times. HUBLER cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the site for any reason whatsoever.

7. Sample requests

All sample requests are processed free of charge in 20×15 cm format within 48 hours, subject to stock availability. Delivery takes an average of 72 hours. This time may vary and does not depend in any way on Hubler (transport is carried out by an external company).  

The natural wood samples are not fully representative of the sheets. There may be slight variations (in shade or pattern) from one leaf to another.

8. Product visuals

The visuals of the references are non-contractual and cannot be a reflection of the product delivered. Depending on screen settings, colors may vary. They have been put online to give you an idea, but can in no way replace a physical sample.  

Due to their nature, natural wood references may differ in structure and color between samples and sheets in the same delivery. Please refer to technical data sheets for further information.

Photos of projects based on untreated wood references may show variations in shade, due to the finish applied to the product, which modifies the raw color of the wood.
