Technical and environmental certifications
Our Certifications: Guarantees of quality and commitment
At Hubler, quality and responsibility are at the heart of our approach. To guarantee exceptional products and impeccable service, we have implemented a series of recognized certifications, testifying to our commitment to innovation, the environment and customer satisfaction.
We rigorously select our products to meet your specific needs, while guaranteeing their compliance with the latest environmental and technical standards.

FSC® certification - Commitment to responsible forest management
FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certification is an international standard dedicated to promoting responsible forest management worldwide, in compliance with the highest social and environmental standards. It demonstrates our commitment to the preservation of ecosystems and a sustainable future, by ensuring that our materials come from responsible, renewable sources, and comply with rigorous ecological and social criteria, such as :
- Preserving biodiversity: Maintaining the biological diversity and regeneration capacity of forests, without deforestation or the use of genetically modified trees.
- Respect for local rights : Protecting the traditional or civil rights of local populations.
The FSC estimates that 13 million hectares of forest are converted to non-forest uses every year, contributing to the disappearance of countless plant and animal species. By choosing FSC-certified products, we are helping to preserve these vital ecosystems.
For a piece of wood to be FSC-certified, all links in the supply chain must be FSC-certified.
Hubler obtained FSC® certification (FSC® License – C201649) in 2024 with the following two claims: FSC MIXED 70% and FSC CONTROLLED WOOD (CW).
For this information to appear on all our commercial documents, we need to receive it at the outset of the project.
This ensures traceability and transparency in the supply chain.

VOC Certification - Volatile Organic Compounds
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are chemical substances present in gaseous form in our indoor air. These products, such as hydrocarbons, solvents and formaldehydes, can have harmful effects on the health of occupants and the environment.
As part of the Grenelle Environment Round Table, regulations have been introduced to limit VOC emissions from interior decoration products (wall coverings, paints, decorative panels, etc.). These products must be labeled according to their level of emissions, and a grade from A+ to C is awarded after analysis of the substances in a test chamber for 28 days.
Hubler and VOC certification:
In order to meet the most stringent standards, we have ensured that our products comply with these criteria:
- Our raw wood, finished wood, metal and magnetic collections are rated A+.
- Our Hub acoustic range is rated A and can be upgraded to A+ on request.

Cleaf range: BREEAM certification
The Cleaf range achieves BREEAM certification, a recognized protocol for the environmental performance of buildings. The Indoor Air Comfort test measures chemical emissions in indoor air, similar to VOC tests, but with a focus on BREEAM standards. This certification guarantees that our decors meet BREEAM’s environmental requirements, providing optimum indoor air quality and contributing to sustainable construction throughout the building’s life cycle.
