We are delighted to announce a new milestone in Hubler’s history: our company has been officially acquired by the De Barros Industrie group, headed by Mr Dominique De Barros.
This union marks the beginning of a promising collaboration, driven by shared values of high standards and creativity.
This strategic operation is in line with the growth dynamic undertaken by the De Barros Industrie Group, already illustrated by the integration of Rhône Placage, La Boisserolle and Panneaux Porteron. It represents a decisive new step in the ambition to build a benchmark player in the French wood panel market, with a strong specialization in fine and technical species.
